The map is hierarchy-driven. The IM step selector changes which part of the model is visible and which node types can be created; earlier-step content is preserved when later steps hide it.
TabAdd the node type permitted by the current IM step and selected node. Disabled steps never create hidden or out-of-sequence node types.EnterAdd a same-level node below when the current IM step permits it. Canvas: drag empty space to pan. Trackpad/wheel pans. Ctrl/Cmd + wheel zooms around the pointer. The Information and Work panels can be opened beside the map or expanded to full-screen workspace mode.
